Arthur had his sister Harriet Jane (31) Income from Consols + 6 other siblings + 1 servant at home.  (On the 1881 census the enumerator started at this house at the beginning of district 7)  On the 1871 census Arthur was a scholar at St John's College, Hurstpierpoint, Sussex.  On the 1891 census Arthur was married to Ada a Needle Manufacturer l+iving in Park Road, Redditch.  His parents Arthur George and Mary Emma Baylis lived in Alcester street on earlier census but no numbers stated on the early census.  In the 1884 & 1888 Kelly's Directories Arthur George Baylis & Sons, Needle Manufacturers, Royal Needle Manufactory (his father died in 1866).  Also an entry in the 1888 Kelly's Dirctory for Lewis & Baylis, (the Baylis being Arthur George Baylis) Needle Manufacturers, Clive Works.  On the 1911 census Arthur and Ada lived "Oakhurst", Birchfield Road, Headless Cross.
