Wife Ellen (40 plus 1 working child and 4 younger children + 1 visitor at home. On the 1881 census they lived Holly Cottages, Webheath Road, Redditch and James was a Brass Polisher. According to a family tree on Ancestry site they emigrated to Connecticut in 1894.
Eliza was classed as Head of the house but married but no mention of her husband plus 2 working children and her father William Lewis (79) at home. On the 1891 census she lived with her children at the Back of 135 Evesham Street.

Christine had her 2 sisters and 1 brother living with her. On the 1901 census Christine lived with her parents Jesse and Mary J. at the White Swan Inn, Worcester Road, Redditch.
This building is not numbered but was between 127 and 119 Evesham Street which is the site of Hillside Cottages and adjacent to the former Gospel Hall. Was demolished to make way for the second phase of the town development.
