On the 1901 census Mary Ann was now staying with her daughter Kate and her husband Edward G Humphries and family at 137 Evesham Street.

In Bennetts Directory it stated D. Myers & Son, Seedmen, Artistic Florists and landscaper gardeners, 139 Evesham Street, Nursery Holloway gardens, Wreaths, Crosses and cut flowers etc., Tomatoes a speciality. On the 1911 census David lived at this adddress with his wife.
