In the 1872 Post Office Directory he is a Hairdresser in Walford Street, Redditch. Henry died in 1883.

By the 1871 census Thomas seems to be a farmer of 40 acres of Bridley Moor Farm, Redditch and in the 1873 Littlebury's Directory and Gazetteer Thomas is now Farmer at Bridley Moor, Redditch. Thomas died 12th February 1908 and was living Bridley Moor Farm, Redditch.
