Information about this Farm:

NEW HOUSE FARM, Banks Green, was formed in the mid nineteenth century by the amalgamation of three small farms located at what are now Bradley Cottage (Banks Green), Pear Tree Cottage, and Three Ways (in Angel Street, Upper Bentley). New House Farm was at one time known as Pheasant Farm, which is what the old farmhouse is still called. The new farmhouse on the other side of the farm drive is now known as Swan's Brook House, named after the nearby stream which flows under the road.

Would appear to be the new name for Upper Bentley Farm.
