The Bromsgrove, Droitwich and Redditch Messenger – Saturday 18th August 1917 and he went to Reading University 1913-15 and is remembered in their WW1 Memorial Book. It states that he  was a War Poet and wrote ‘Triumphant Laughter: Poems 1914-1917,’  which was published after his death.

Author of "Lest I no more come back" and other poems, "The Last Adventure," etc;.
