The Bromsgrove, Droitwich and Redditch Messenger – Saturday 14th September 1918 - Official information has been received by Mr and Mrs Wynn, Astwood Bank, that their only son, Corporal A. H. Wynn, has been killed.  He was taking part in a raiding tour, when a terrific storm came on and brought down the machine.
