Popular musical is next up at the Palace - 2015
AUDIENCE members are invited to raise the roof of the Palace this month when a world
famous rock opera comes to town.
Pinpoint Productions will present Godspell to Redditch audiences at 7.30pm between
September 17 to 19 with a cast of local talent.
An explosive hit on Broadway and around the world, Godspell tells the familiar stories of
Jesus and his apostles in clever, unexpected, and often hilarious ways.
First produced in 1971, ground breaking musical has inspired audiences across the world as
it portrays the final days of the life of Jesus, as told through the Gospel of Saint Matthew.
This hugely successful musical gives the audience an insight to the virtues and teachings of
Jesus Christ and will include songs by Stephen Schwartz, the composer of Wicked.
This feel-good celebration of the family of man will fill audience members with joy but also
demonstrate the struggles of present day life.
