Grosvenor House Commemoration
As a lasting reminder of ISTEL’s position and achievements in Redditch in the
last quarter of the 20 century a“Blue Plaque” has been mounted by the
th
entrance to Grosvenor house.
Grosvenor House was the centre of ISTEL presence in the UK and ISTEL’s place
in Redditch Local History.
Having this plaque here with remind those who new ISTEL of its story and
