      His Ancestry



      - 1756  On Ancestry site family tree (Melley) they have……
                William Thomas’s father as Thomas Heming who was born in 1756 in Inkberrow
                and who died in 1833 in Inkberrow and mother Mary Ganderton but no marriage
                mentioned.


      - 1836    On Ancestry site family tree (NixNix), they have…..
                William and Ann Heming as having William Henry Heming, born in 1836 – 1909.
                With siblings:
                Mary Lavinia Heming, born 1838-1921, who married  Edward Holmes in 1863 in
                Alvechurch.
                Elizabeth Ann Heming, born 1839-1915.
                Eliza Ann Heming, born 1840-1871.
                Albert Frederick Heming, born 1846 in Liverpool.



      - 1841  On the Census
               William Hemming/Heming, aged 30, Printer, lived in Chapel Green East Redditch,
               with
               Wife Ann, aged 20
               and their children,
               William aged 5,
               Mary aged 3
               Elizabeth aged 1.
               They had 1 female servant, Mary Mobley aged 40.

      - 1851  On the Census
                William Thomas Heming, born in Middlesex, London, aged 44, widower, Printer,
                Bookseller (Master) employing 5 men and 2 boys.

                He lived in Fish Hill, Redditch and had at home children,
                William Henry, aged 15, born in Redditch, scholar,
                Elizabeth Ann, born in Redditch, aged 10, scholar
                Albert Frederick, aged 5,born in Liverpool, scholar.

      - 1861   On the Census
                William T. Heming, born in Soho, London, aged 54, Bookseller.  He now lived in
                Prospect Hill, Redditch and had at home, children:
                William H. aged 23, born in Redditch, Printer,
                Elizabeth A. born in Redditch, aged 21.
                Also  living  with  them  was  a  Daniel  O’Connell,  aged  16,  assistant,  Bookseller
                Shopman  and  Ann  Du  Mander  aged  22,  Domestic  servant.  Also  Albert  F.  was
                named but then crossed out so possibly not at home at time of census.
