               Crabbs Cross.  Buried Doullens Community Cemetery Extension No.1 Fr. 62.  Enlisted in Army

               Reserve in Redditch 1  December 1915, entered RMLI for RND, 4  August 1917, entitled to
               British War Medal & Victory Medal.
               On Commonwealth War Graves taken from ancestry site, Royal Marine Light Infantry,

               PO/2361(S), killed or died as a direct result of enemy action, 6  April 1918, buried Doullens
               Communal Cemetery, France. Father Alfred and mother Agnes Aston.)
               Remembered on St Luke’s war memorial, Headless Cross, Redditch.
