Anthony Green of the Redditch Local History Society has published a number of historic walks on his Redditch Walks web site. The aim of the walks is to showcase Redditch history, its existing historical artefacts, buildings and areas of local interest. Moons Moat features on two of their walks and we are pleased to include links to them here.

This is one of the walks on the web site. It is a 3 mile (approx) walk that follows urban footpaths and pavements and includes examples of marl pits, the route of a Roman Road and the site of a 16th century hunting lodge at Moons Moat.
