The Harlequins drama group to perform The Phantom of the Opera -
2016

AN international performer will be joining The Harlequins drama group for its forthcoming
production of The Phantom of the Opera.
The spectacular production, at Redditch's Palace Theatre from June 9 to 11, stars Eric Lopez
who featured on American Idol.
He takes the title role alongside Emily Bedford as Christine.
Currently in its 30th year in the West End, Andrew Lloyd Webber’s world famous gothic love
story will be the biggest and most dazzling production The Harlequins has produced.
Artistic director, Jonathan Boxall-Southall said: “The past eight months working on this
famous musical has been a real joy. The talent on display is breathtaking and I am very
proud to work with such talented young performers.
"The passion and delivery from each cast member is simply outstanding and I urge everyone
to support these fantastic performances by booking to see the production. I promise you will
not be disappointed.”
