Nigel Clark was born 18th September 1966 in
Redditch.

Nigel Clark emerged on the British music scene as
the lead singer and bassist of the pop band Dodgy.
The band released three albums on A&M Records
before initially breaking up in 1998.

Clark returned to performing in 2005 as a solo artist.  Nigel Clark
This new project received a positive review from Q
magazine. He released his debut album 21st Century
Man on 20 November 2006.

In 2007, Clark teamed up with dance music duo SFG
to produce a new version of Dodgy's "Good Enough".

Life and Times of Nigel Clark

Dodgy’s Nigel Clark emerged on the British music scene as the lead singer and bassist of
the pop band Dodgy. The band Dodgy are best known for their hits "Staying Out for the
Summer", "If You're Thinking of Me", and "Good Enough", with the latter single reaching
No. 4 in the UK Singles Chart. Dodgy released three albums on A&M Records before
Dodgy’s Nigel Clark departure from the band in 1998.

Following the band’s split in 1998, Dodgy’s Nigel Clark went on to pursue a solo career,
whilst the band continued to perform under a new line-up. Dodgy’s Nigel Clark’s solo
work received positive reviews from Q magazine, and he released his debut album “21st
Century Man” in 2006.

The original line-up of the band, including Dodgy’s Nigel Clark, reunited in 2007 and
released a live album, “So Far On 3 Wheels - Dodgy On The Radio. The band announced
a reunion tour in 2007, featuring the entire original line-up, although these plans were
abandoned when member Miller fell out of bed, chipping a bone in his arm in the process.
The rescheduled tour took place in March 2008.

Since the tour, Dodgy have gone on to play a variety of festivals including Glastonbury,
Guilfest, Beached Festival, The Galtres Festival, LeeStock Music Festival and Lakefest
Festival amongst others, and released their first album in over a decade, “Stand Upright
In A Cool Place” on Strikeback Records in February 2012. The release saw the band
receiving rave reviews from the likes of MOJO, the Guardian and Q Magazine.
