               Redditch, enlisted in Worcester, died of wounds, 6  November 1914, Western European
               Theatre.  Mentioned Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial, Belgium.  Aged 23 and son of James and
               Fanny Bennett.
               Remembered on St Stephen’s war memorial, Redditch.
               (On the 1901 census Harry lived with his parents James and Fanny at 53 Hewell Road, Redditch and he was
               aged 9.)

               (R.F.R.Ch.8081) (Ch) Killed or died as a direct result of enemy action on H.M.S. Cressy, body
               not recovered for burial.  His widow Daisy M. Young who was living 29 Dawlish Road,
               Bournbrook Selly Oak, Birmingham at the time of notification)
               Remembered on St Stephen’s war memorial, Redditch.
