Webheath Soldier Accidentally Wounded – Shot during revolver practice –
Private H Carr, of the Royal Field Artillery, has been seriously wounded at Salonica. From a
letter to his father, who resides at Hill Top, Webheath, it seems that the injury was received
during revolver practise from an adjoining camp. The bullet entered the temple and lodged
in the brain. The wounded soldier is now lying in the Canadian Hospital at Salonica.
