               “Tom Jones” – At Redditch – The Redditch Amateur Operatic and
               Dramatic Society began their annual performance on Monday night. –

               May 1927
               With a production of Edward German’s “Tom Jones.”  The society, which has been in
               existence for nearly 30 years, has done much useful work for charitable institutions in the
               town.
