(On the 1901 census Charles H. Blackford, aged 16, National School Teacher, lived with his parents, James,
Needle Manufacturer and Ada Blackford and sibling at 12 Red Lion Street, Redditch. By the 1911 census they
had all moved to Edgbaston, Birmingham and Charles was an Elementary School Teacher.)
