               Private Frank Hack, Service No F1982, 23  Battalion, Duke of Cambridge’s Own (Middlesex

               Regiment), resided in Redditch, enlisted in Birmingham, killed in action, 7  June 1917,
               Western European Theatre.  Remembered on Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial, Belgium.  He
                         th
               enlisted 4  October 1915 at the age of 24 years 3 months and was a Fishing rod Maker.  At
               this time he lived at 4 Clive Road, Redditch.  Awarded the British War Medal and Victory
               Medal.

               (Frank Hack was baptised 1  August 1888 at St Stephen’s Redditch, parents Arthur John and Annie Elizabeth
               Hack.  On 1911 census Frank Hack, aged 22, lived with his father Arthur John Hack, at 4 Clive Road, Redditch.
