The War and Alien Enemies’ Goods – Important Notice – The “Messenger” Co. beg
to give Notice that they have cancelled all orders for German and Austrian made goods
which had been placed, through London Houses, prior to the War.
The Public are further notified that should they purchase or see any articles offered for sale
at the “Messenger” Office which have been made in the above countries they may rest
assured that such goods were bought and paid for before the outbreak of the war.
