               September 1914, in Abergavenny and he had been born in Bidford and was 27 years 3
               months.)
               (James Grant Sherratt was born in 1887 Alcester District.  On the 1901 census James aged 13, lived with his
               parents James and Anne Sherratt in Norton by Bredon.  On the 1911 census James now aged 23, was a
               Chemist’s assistant and lived in Abergavenney.)

               (On the 1911 census Samuel, aged 17, Fish Hook Filer, lived with his Uncle Jonas and Aunt Louisa Wilkinson, at
               3 Evesham Road, Headless Cross.  On 1901 census Samuel aged 7, lived with his parents John, aged 49, retired
               Publican and Florence at 5 Evesham Road, Headless Cross.  Next door at 3 Evesham Road lived Jonas, John’s
               brother, and Louisa Wilkinson)
