Redditch Heritage Trail

Welcome to Redditch - the New Town with old history

We are very pleased to present this brief look at Lost Redditch, scenes from the town
before the major changes the designation as a New Town brought.

Our route will take us from the Palace Theatre, up Alcester Street to Church Green,
down Evesham Street and through the Kingfisher Centre. We will ascend to the roof of
Car Park 2 for a panoramic view before returning to the theatre.

This booklet will guide you around and show some of the views residents and visitors
to the town would have seen in the pre-new town days.
