Redditch Heritage Trail
The Palace Theatre
Designed by Bertie Crewe and built in 1913 the
Palace Theatre is one of only six Crewe Designed
theatres still functioning as a theatre today.
Major developments in the 1970s led to new front of
house facilities which were completely replaced in a
2004 rebuild when the auditorium was restored to
Crewe’s original design.
