Alcester Street - Looking South East
If you stood outside the Palace Theatre and looked
South East in the 1970s you would see the Liberal
Club building immediately across Grove Street,
shops on the opposite side of Alcester Street and
the Herbert Terry Factory, Millsborough House,
dominating Ipsley Street.
