To join the Navy – Mr L. Crow, manager of the Palace Theatre,
Redditch. - 1916
He stated he was joining the Royal Navy. He intimated that he would consent to the transfer
of the theatre and cinematograph license to a manager who was to be appointed to appear
at the court on Wednesday next. – The Chairman wished Mr Crow good luck in his new
career.
Theatrical Licenses – Theatrical license for a month in each case were granted for the
Temperance Hall, Redditch, and the Church Rooms, Astwood Bank, upon the application of
Mr S. Young and the Rev. R. R. Verity respectively.
