Mrs Minnie Ward, 33a Horse Fair, Birmingham, was granted a license for her daughter,
Frances Orlean Ward (”Little Pauline”) to perform at the Palace Theatre.

Bartleet, Messrs. F. C. Dolphin, W. D. Hollington, J. Guise, and H. Adcock.
Adjourned – An application was down for hearing for licenses to be
granted to Mr H. Leslie, for six children to play at the Palace Theatre. –
1914
The Chairman said the Act of Parliament stated that the magistrates must see the children.
He had asked two magistrates to attend on Monday morning for that purpose, and the
application would be adjourned until then.
