               Theatrical licenses – An application was made by Mr L. Crow, manager
               of the Palace Theatre, Redditch. - 1914
               On behalf of Mr H. Leslie, for licenses for four children to perform at the Palace Theatre, next
               week. – It was pointed out that the law required the applicant to be present with the
               children when the application was made.  Accordingly a fresh application would have to be
               made.
