Preston, Sussex.)

Redditch Soldier Killed – News has been received by his relatives of the death from
wounds on December 18, at Baillerd, France, of Pte. A. G. Johnys, of the Middlesex Regiment,
who formerly lived at Worcester Road, Redditch. Deceased who was thirty-nine years of
age, served fifteen years in the army. For eleven years he served in India. He leaves a widow
and three children.
