Commission for a Redditch Soldier – Mr Jesse Williams of the London City and
Midland Bank, Redditch, who joined Lord Kitchener’s Army in October and was promoted
first corporal, and then sergeant, has now been granted a commission as Second-Lieutenant

in the 13 Battalion Royal Welsh Fusiliers.
