Redditch Volunteer Rifle Corps. – The Redditch Volunteer Rifle Corps now numbers
nearly 200 members. Colonel C. F. Milward has accepted the office of commandant.

Commission for Crabb’s Cross Schoolmaster – Mr R. Griffith, assistant master
at Crabbs Cross Council Schools, who joined Lord Kitchener’s Army in October, has been

granted a second lieutenancy in the 11 Battalion Royal Welsh Fusiliers.
