Evening Despatch – Saturday 14 July 1917
Midland Roll of Honour – Redditch – Mr Victor Shrimpton and Mr John Wheeler, both
of Crabbs Cross, near Redditch, have received information from the War Office that their
sons, Albert Shrimpton and Harry Wheeler, respectively, have both been killed in action in
France. Albert Shrimpton was an only son. Both were 23 years of age.
