Claire Cashmore
British Paralympian
Claire Cashmore was born in Redditch and is a British
Paralympian Swimmer and her club is Manchester
National Performance Centre. In the 2012
Paralympics she was a double silver and bronze
medallist and won bronze in Athens and Beijing. She
has won many other medals over the years.

Cllr. Michael Chalk
Redditch Mayor in 2006
Michael Chalk is a Conservative councillor for the
Abbey Ward. At the time that he became Mayor in
2006 he had been a borough councillor for 12 years
for the Astwood Bank and Feckenham ward.
